October was filled with shape adventures in math, pumpkin fun in science, and lots of fun and crafts in between! Check out the pictures below to show you some of the amazing actiivities our class has been participating in.

The kids are doing so good with this!  Working in our Go Math workbooks and using manipulatives   Sprinkle Writing is always a hit and easy to differentiate for everyone. We worked on letters, sight words, letter formation, letter sounds, and begining sounds.  The kids really love working on the computer and love that they can take the laptop around as needed.  The ten frames were a great way to show different ways to make ten
We have been so busy here at school finishing up our apple unit. The students really loved all the food activities and I appreciate all of your support with the various apple donations. It was so sweet to see them make their apple pies and write the book to go with it. The apple tasting party was a hit of course, just because we had so many different options for the students to try.
Our Freedom Walk was a hit! The kids did a great job walking around JPS and BITZ. Thank you to all the parents who joined us and a BIG thank you to the men and women who keep our country safe.
