March Madness In March our class participated in a variety of exciting events. We began the month by celebrating Read Across America Week. Students were encouraged to dress as their favorite Dr. Seuss character, wear crazy socks to school, dress wacky, and enjoy wearing their favorite hat to school. We had parents come and read to us as we all enjoyed popcorn and punch. (Thank you again parents for coming) In writing o nce we wrote the recipe to teach about how to make a Dr. Seuss Snack we got to actually make it and enjoy it! Also, B rewster Middle School send over students to our class to participate in buddy reading. Last, we designed and built structures only using red cups and white card-stock to resemble the hat from The Cat in The Hat. Phew! And that was only the beginning...
